Description Insufficient validation of untrusted input in Extensions allows an attacker to potentially perform a sandbox escape. This occurs if a user is convinced to install a malicious extension that utilizes a crafted Chrome Extension to bypass the security boundary. A sandbox escape is a process where a program breaks out of its restricted environment to gain unauthorized access to the rest of the system.

Recommendations Update Google Chrome to version 151.0.7922.72 or later.
