Description The firmware update process for the basemodule of the charging controller only validates the CRC32 checksum, which is a non-cryptographic error-detection code, without performing cryptographic signature verification. This flaw allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to install modified firmware, leading to full system compromise.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
