Description
An issue exists where the plugin fails to verify if the requesting user owns the ticket being accessed. A low-privileged authenticated user can provide another user's ticket ID to read the ticket contents, which may include the reporter's personally identifiable information (PII) and the message body.
Recommendations
Update JS Help Desk WordPress plugin to version 3.1.5 or later.
