Description
An OS command injection issue exists in the openmediavault-md plugin. This flaw allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges by injecting shell metacharacters, which are special characters interpreted by the command-line shell to change the execution flow.

At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
