Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions MSI Radix AXE6600 version v781521
Description Remote attackers can execute arbitrary commands and obtain root privileges on the underlying system by exploiting a command injection flaw in the macfilter() function. Command injection is a security issue where an attacker executes arbitrary system commands on a host operating system via a vulnerable application.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the macfilter() function to minimize the risk of exploitation.
