Description
An authorization bypass allows a user with the Editor role to delete protected contact points (receivers) without possessing the necessary
alert.notifications.receivers.protected:write permission. This occurs because the DELETE path in the pkg/services/ngalert/provisioning/contactpoints.go and pkg/services/ngalert/notifier/receiver svc.go services lacks the required protected-field check.Recommendations
Update Grafana to version 13.2.1 or later.
