Description An issue exists in the sched ext component where dispatch to local dsq() can be executed from scx bpf dsq move to local() while ops.dispatch() has recorded the current runqueue (rq). Moving a task to a local Dispatch Queue (DSQ) may cause a switch to the source or destination rq before synchronously invoking ops.dequeue() through a specific execution path. If the rq tracking does not follow the lock switch, the update locked rq() function can trigger a lockdep assertion when restoring an rq that is no longer held. This involves the following functions: dispatch to local dsq(), scx bpf dsq move to local(), scx flush dispatch buf(), finish dispatch(), scx dispatch enqueue(), local dsq post enq(), and call task dequeue().
