Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description An issue exists in the Andrew File System (afs) implementation where the afs edit dir remove() function incorrectly uses afs dir find block() to retrieve block 0. Because afs dir find block() caches the found block in the afs dir iter, it may switch out the page if another afs dir find block() call is executed, which is problematic when multiple blocks exist per page.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
