Description
An issue exists in the
drm/amdkfd component where the allocate event notification slot() function fails to perform bounds checking on the event id specified for allocation. This functionality is utilized by CRIU (Checkpoint/Restore In Userspace). Valid event ids must range from 0 to KFD SIGNAL EVENT LIMIT to ensure signal mode mappings exist.Recommendations
