Description An issue exists in the mt7915 wireless driver where the functions mt7915 mcu bss he tlv() and mt7915 mcu sta bfer tlv() dereference the HE PHY capability returned by mt76 connac get he phy cap(). This helper function can return NULL if no capability entry matches the virtual interface (vif) type, potentially leading to a system crash. HE (High Efficiency) refers to the 802.11ax standard designed to improve wireless performance in dense environments.
