Description An issue exists in the put prev task scx() function where a warning is incorrectly triggered when a runnable task drops to a lower sched class without SCX OPS ENQ LAST. This occurs because core scheduling allows a forced-idle SMT sibling to reschedule via the core pick fast path in pick next task(), bypassing pick task scx() and balance one(). To resolve this, the warning is gated using sched cpu cookie match(), ensuring that cookie mismatches caused by core scheduling do not trigger the warning.
