Description A use-after-free issue exists when parsing specially crafted DFT files. This flaw allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code within the context of the current process. Use-after-free is a memory corruption flaw that occurs when an application continues to use a pointer after it has been freed.

Recommendations Update Solid Edge SE2025 to V225.0 Update 15 or later. Update Solid Edge SE2026 to V226.0 Update 7 or later.
