Description Improper handling of values within Ring 0 (the most privileged level of the CPU, used by the Kernel, Hypervisor, and Bare Metal OS) may allow an escalation of privilege. A privileged user with special internal knowledge can execute a high-complexity local attack without user interaction to gain higher system privileges. This can lead to significant impacts on system confidentiality and integrity.
