Description An uncontrolled search path within Ring 3: User Applications allows an unprivileged software adversary to achieve escalation of privilege. This issue can be exploited via local access through a low complexity attack requiring passive user interaction and no special internal knowledge. Successful exploitation may result in high impacts on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the vulnerable system.
