Description An issue exists in the AFS component where there is a lack of locking around modifications of the net->cells dyn ino variable. To resolve this, the net->cells lock must be taken exclusively. Additionally, the cell must be removed from net->cells dyn ino within the afs destroy cell work() function instead of afs cell destroy(), because the latter operates in an RCU (Read-Copy-Update) cleanup context where sleeping locks cannot be acquired.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
