Description An issue exists during regcache initialization where an error occurring in the cache ops->populate callback is overwritten by the return value of the exit() callback if an exit callback is present. This behavior masks the error condition from the regcache init() caller, which may subsequently lead to NULL pointer dereferences when the regcache is accessed.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
