Description An issue exists in the sch dualpi2 scheduler where the function qdisc tree reduce backlog() is called during a peek operation before the qlen variable is restored. If qlen drops to zero while the peek operation still returns a socket buffer (skb), the parent's qlen notify callback is triggered prematurely. This mistakenly deactivates the parent's class, resulting in a null-pointer dereference.
