Description An issue exists in the ixgbe driver where the netif set xps queue() function is incorrectly called for XDP Tx queues, which are not exposed to the network device. On systems with 64 or more CPUs using an E610 adapter, the network device is configured with a maximum of 63 queue pairs due to MSI-X assignment, while configuring XDP results in 64 XDP queues. During the loading of an XDP program, calling netif set xps queue() for the final XDP queue triggers a warning and a KASAN slab-out-of-bounds report. KASAN (Kernel Address Sanitizer) is a dynamic memory error detector for the Linux kernel.
