Description A deadlock can occur in the BTRFS filesystem when performing data relocation on a zoned filesystem. The issue happens within the handle reserve tickets() function, where the relocation process waits for a space reservation ticket that cannot be fulfilled because the relocation operation itself is responsible for freeing that space. This creates a deadlock cycle. The fix involves introducing a new flush state, BTRFS RESERVE FLUSH ZONED RELOCATION, which utilizes the priority reclaim data space() function instead of the standard flushing path to avoid re-entering the relocation code. This state is selected in btrfs alloc data chunk ondemand() when the inode belongs to a data relocation root on a zoned filesystem.
