Description
An issue exists in the
can: kvaser usb leaf module where the wait and bulk receive paths process variable-length commands from a USB buffer. A nonzero command shorter than CMD HEADER LEN can be dispatched, allowing the wait path to copy a matching command into a fixed caller-owned kvaser cmd struct using a length provided by the device. This occurs within the kvaser usb leaf wait cmd() function.Recommendations
