Description
An issue exists in the
ems usb read bulk callback() function where CPC (CAN Protocol Control) messages packed in a USB receive buffer are not properly validated. The function fails to verify if each declared message fits within the URB (USB Request Block) payload and does not ensure that the type-specific payload covers the necessary fields for CAN, state, error, and overrun handlers.Recommendations
