Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Incus versions prior to 7.3.0

Description When copying an instance across projects, the project restriction check AllowInstanceCreation is executed before the source instance configuration is merged into the request. This allows dangerous configuration keys, such as security.privileged, raw.lxc, and raw.apparmor, to be merged after the check has passed, effectively bypassing all project restrictions on the target project.
