Description An unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise the POS component of Oracle Hospitality Simphony. Successful exploitation allows for the unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data and all accessible data within the system. Additionally, the attacker can cause the system to hang or experience repeatable crashes, resulting in a complete Denial of Service (DOS), which is a condition where the service becomes unavailable to its intended users.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
