Description
A flaw in the Core component of Oracle Fusion Middleware allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the server. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data and all accessible data within the server. Additionally, an attacker can cause the server to hang or experience repeatable crashes, resulting in a complete Denial of Service (DOS), which is a condition where the service becomes unavailable to its intended users.
