Description An unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise the Marketing component of Oracle Siebel CRM. This issue may lead to unauthorized access to critical data or all accessible data within the product. Additionally, it allows an attacker to cause a hang or a frequently repeatable crash, resulting in a complete Denial of Service (DOS), which is a condition where the service becomes unavailable to its intended users.
