Description An issue exists in the Runtime Tools component of Oracle WebCenter Portal. An unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise the system. Successful exploitation may lead to unauthorized access, creation, deletion, or modification of critical data or all data accessible by the portal. This issue may also significantly impact additional products due to a scope change.
