Description
A flaw in the Runtime Tools component of Oracle WebCenter Portal allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This issue can lead to unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all data accessible by the portal. Due to a scope change, successful exploitation may also significantly impact additional products.
