Description A flaw in the Runtime Tools component of Oracle WebCenter Portal allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. The exploitation requires human interaction from a user other than the attacker. A successful attack can lead to unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all accessible data within the portal, and the ability to perform unauthorized updates, insertions, or deletions of data. This issue may also significantly impact additional products due to a scope change.
