Description An issue in the Siebel Cloud Manager component allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data or all accessible data within the application. Additionally, it may allow unauthorized read access to a subset of data and the ability to cause a hang or repeatable crash, resulting in a complete Denial of Service (DOS), which is a condition where the service becomes unavailable to its intended users.
