Description An issue exists in the Security and Authentication component of Oracle Reports Developer. An unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise the system. This may lead to unauthorized read access to a subset of data, as well as unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data or all accessible data. Additionally, an attacker could cause a hang or a frequently repeatable crash, resulting in a complete Denial of Service (DOS), which is a condition where the service becomes unavailable to its intended users.
