Description A security and authentication issue in Oracle Reports Developer allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This flaw can lead to unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all data accessible by Oracle Reports Developer, as well as unauthorized ability to update, insert, or delete some of that data. Although the issue resides in Oracle Reports Developer, successful exploitation may significantly impact additional products due to a scope change.
