Description
A flaw exists in the File Transmission component of Oracle Payments. A high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise the system, potentially impacting additional products. Successful exploitation allows unauthorized access, creation, deletion, or modification of critical data and all data accessible within Oracle Payments.
