Description
An issue exists in the File Transmission component of the Oracle Payments product within Oracle E-Business Suite. An unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTPS can compromise the system. Successful exploitation may lead to unauthorized access, creation, deletion, or modification of critical data or all data accessible within Oracle Payments.
