Description
A flaw in the Service Request Form component of the Oracle Teleservice product allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful exploitation can result in a complete takeover of Oracle Teleservice.
Recommendations
Update Oracle E-Business Suite Teleservice versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 to a patched version.
