Description
An issue exists in the Change Management component of the Oracle Project Planning and Control product. A low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can exploit this flaw to compromise the system. Successful exploitation may lead to unauthorized access, creation, deletion, or modification of critical data or all data accessible within Oracle Project Planning and Control.
