Description A flaw in the Internal Operations component allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data and all accessible data within Oracle Loans, as well as the ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where the system becomes partially unavailable to users.
