Description A flaw in the Authorization Engine component of Oracle Fusion Middleware allows a low privileged attacker with network access via TCP to compromise the system. This can result in an unauthorized partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where the system remains operational but some of its functions or resources are unavailable.
