Description
An Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) exists where the software fails to verify if the requesting user has the necessary permissions to access a specific media file. This allows authenticated users with patient-level privileges to download any file stored in the media library, which may include sensitive medical reports belonging to other patients.
Recommendations
Update KiviCare to version 4.5.4 or later.
