Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Dell Command Update (DCU) versions prior to 5.7.1

Description A Time-of-check Time-of-use (TOCTOU) Race Condition exists, which occurs when a program checks the state of a resource and then acts upon that resource, but the state changes between the check and the action. A low privileged attacker with local access could exploit this to achieve Elevation of Privileges.

Recommendations Update Dell Command Update (DCU) to version 5.7.1 or later.
