Description
An integer underflow occurs during bounds checking, which could allow a remote authenticated attacker to overwrite adjacent memory. An integer underflow is a condition where a subtraction operation results in a value smaller than the minimum representable value for that data type, causing it to wrap around to a very large positive number.
Recommendations
Update IBM i versions 7.3 through 7.6 to the latest patched release.
