Description
An authenticated user without an assigned role can access the '/rest/health' endpoint to collect system and cluster telemetry. This occurs due to a missing authorization check, as the endpoint fails to verify if the requester has the necessary permissions to view system health and cluster state, information that should be restricted to administrative or support users.
Recommendations
Update to version 8.6.0 or later.
