Description A remote unauthenticated attacker can send a crafted UDP packet to a reachable RPC (Remote Procedure Call) service, which is a protocol that one program can use to request a service from a program located in another computer on a network. This action results in complete system unavailability and requires an LPAR (Logical Partition) restart.
