Description
Insufficient validation allows a local attacker to cause kernel memory corruption. A crafted filesystem image can trigger an out-of-bounds kernel-stack write during directory reads, which may lead to a system crash or privilege escalation.
Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
