Description
Insufficient neutralization of leading equals (=), plus (+), minus (-), or at (@) signs in cell values written to CSV output allows for CSV Injection. This occurs when attackers influence exported cell values to inject formulas that execute upon opening the file in a spreadsheet application, which may lead to data exfiltration or other malicious actions.
Recommendations
Update to version 5.0.0 or later.
