Description
A denial of service issue exists in the WebDAV TUS creation handler. The problem occurs when the system dereferences a nil response before verifying transport errors. A malicious or compromised configured endpoint can reset connections during TUS uploads, triggering a panic. This panic terminates unrecovered goroutines (lightweight threads managed by the Go runtime) and halts unrelated work in long-lived processes.
Recommendations
Update rclone to version 1.75.0 or later.
