Description
A remote client can cause a denial of service by crashing an NSD serve child process. This is achieved by throttling the TCP receive window following a TCP query. Repeatedly crashing these processes allows a remote attacker to disable all TCP services for the NSD instance.

At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
