Description The network protocol in OpenRGB contains a flaw that allows an attacker to write controlled strings into arbitrary file system paths. This issue can lead to a full system compromise if the daemon is running as root, or a full account takeover if the daemon is running in a user context. The exploitation of this flaw requires no authentication and can be performed locally or remotely.
