Description
The software fails to validate the encryption status of embedded post-quantum cryptography (PQC) private keys within file metadata. This allows attackers to create files containing unencrypted embedded PQC keys that can be decrypted using any password. This flaw enables the bypass of authentication and the generation of attacker-chosen plaintext with false integrity verification.
Recommendations
Update to version 1.4.9 or later.
