Description
The
enroll trust key function uses suffix-tolerant fingerprint matching when binding a plugin-signing trust anchor. This allows an operator to confirm a short, forgeable GPG key ID, potentially leading to the enrollment of an attacker's colliding key as a trusted anchor. Consequently, this could allow malicious plugins to be vouched for under the ENFORCE signature policy.Recommendations
