Description
When a container-level ErrorHandler is configured, each delivery that throws an exception permanently consumes one link credit. Once the
initialCredits (defaulting to 100) are exhausted by failing messages, the receiver's credit reaches zero. This causes the broker to stop delivering messages, resulting in the listener becoming silently stalled even though isRunning() remains true.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
